How it is made

From drawing to pallet

Automatic lines do the volume work; the finishing steps are still done by people who check every tray. That combination is why we can promise a three-day mould and a fifteen-day bulk order at the same time.

Die casting
01 — CASTING

Die casting

Zinc alloy melted and shot into a steel mould, so the logo edge is sharp from the first pull.

Automatic feeding
02 — FEEDING

Automatic feeding

Parts leave the machine on a conveyor instead of a bin — no dents from parts hitting each other.

Automatic sorting
03 — SORTING

Automatic sorting

Gates and runners are cut away and separated, so the next step only handles finished parts.

Material picking
04 — TUMBLING

Tumbling

Ceramic media knock off flash and burrs; this is where a casting starts to feel like a product.

Automatic trimming
05 — TRIMMING

Trimming

Edges are cut and squared by machine, then touched up by hand where the light catches.

Mechanical polishing
06 — POLISHING

Mechanical polishing

Mirror or satin, decided by wheel and compound — the finish that decides how the plating reads.

Quality & compliance

Quality you can measure, on every single batch

Every order passes through the same inspection gates, from first sample to final shipment. Our QC team checks plating thickness, adhesion, colour consistency, surface finish and spring tension — and records the numbers so nothing ships on faith.

  • Incoming inspection — raw material composition and plating baths are verified before production starts
  • In-process checks — dimensional and visual sampling at every station, not only at the end
  • Final audit (AQL) — lot-by-lot sampling against agreed defect limits before packing
  • Test reports — SGS, Intertek or BV paperwork for REACH, nickel release, CPSIA, Prop 65 and KC on request
